•Method of preparation

Mix in the blender for 30 sec and serve.*The amount of water can vary depending on texture desired and/or taste

Mango Smoothie

50g Fresh Mango Frozen Pulp

50g Fresh Coconut Frozen Pulp



200 ml of water or coconut water.

•Method of preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and beat until homogenized and serve.

Acerola Cocktail

200g Fresh Acerola Frozen Pulp

100ml gin

3 spoon condensed milk

•Method of preparation

Mix in blender and serve. 

Grilled Chicken Breast in Mango Sauce

4 chicken breasts

200g of lettuce mixture

100g of assorted fruits

100g of Fresh Mango Frozen Pulp

150 ml of water

50 ml of olive oil

1/2 squeezed lemon

*salt to taste

•Method of preparation

Season the chicken breasts with a string of olive oil and salt. Grill without drying on the inside. Let cool and slice. Shred the mango pulp with water. Mix the lettuces with the fruits and season with lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Combine the different preparations and serve cold

Light Ice Cream

3 cup of low fat yogurt

300g of your favourite Fresh Frozen Fruit Pulp (mango, pineapple, guava, acerola, soursop, coconut, etc.)

1 1/2 cup sugar.

•Method of preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender . Place in a shallow container with lid and freeze until completely frozen. "Break" to pieces and beat again in the blender. Put in a deep container with lid. Put back in the freezer.
